Winter Walk With a Smiling Wolf Among Snowy Pines
Coloring guide
Here comes a friendly cartoon wolf with big sparkling eyes and a wide smile, striding toward you through a winter forest. The fluffy chest fur, pointed ears and big bushy tail give you lots of texture to work on with short pencil strokes. Tall snow-covered pine trees stand on both sides, a mountain peak sits in the distance, and a small stream winds through the snow. Snowflakes and round snowy dots fill the sky, while snowy bushes, small drifts and a few paw-print puddles decorate the ground. Soft grays and cool blues would look nice on the coat. You can leave the snow white or add light blue for shadows. With big open areas and fine fur details together, it suits a wide range of ages. Fans of Wolves coloring pages often like Bat and Sea Animals as well.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big sky and mountains: color the mountain peaks and background sky in sky blue, leaving the snowy fields and fluffy wolf white.
- 2Fill the wolf's fluffy tail and the light gray shading with light gray, then add charcoal gray along the back and shoulder shadow for depth.
- 3Color the pine trees and their branches in forest green, and add teal to the bush near the stream for variety.
- 4Paint the stream and puddles in sky blue and ice blue, and add a soft pink tongue and peach inside the ears.
- 5Add bright red berries on the bushes at the bottom corners and a little steel blue on the right cheek shade.
- 6Optional: Leave the eye whites, the wolf's chest and paws, and the snow mounds white so they pop against the colored parts.
