Space Cat Astronaut Waving Near Planets and a Rocket

Coloring guide
Floating through space in a full astronaut suit, a smiling tabby kitten waves one paw so you can see the toe beans. Its round helmet shows big sparkly eyes, whiskers and a striped forehead. The suit comes with a chest control panel of buttons, a hose to a backpack, and chunky boots. Nearby are a cratered moon, a ringed planet, a small striped planet, a bigger striped planet at the bottom, and a large cratered surface in the lower corner. A little rocket trailing a flame blasts off at the bottom right, and bumpy asteroids, stars, sparkles and tiny dots fill the rest. Orange and cream stripes work for the kitten, and a bright blue suit makes it stand out. It's free to print and easy to add to your growing collection. Love this Cats coloring page? A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the cat's face, ears and waving paw in cream, then add soft pink to the inner ears, paw pads and tongue.
- 2Fill the helmet glass with pale blue, leaving the small white shine spots near the cat's eyes unpainted.
- 3Color the ringed planet and its ring in tangerine, then fill the moons and asteroids with lavender gray and slate gray.
- 4Leave most of the astronaut suit white, and color the boots, knee patches and the small pockets sky blue.
- 5Color the rocket fins and nose tip in tomato red, the flame in orange, and the porthole in sky blue, then add golden yellow stars and the control screen.
- 6Optional: add a few light gray shadows along the helmet rim and suit edges to give the drawing some depth.
