Squirrel on a Mossy Log with Rabbit, Hedgehog and Acorn

A smiling squirrel sits on a mossy fallen log with a single acorn in both paws and its big fluffy tail curled behind. Below the log, a tall-eared rabbit sits on the left and a small hedgehog looks up from the right, both turned toward the squirrel. A little bird perches on a leafy branch in the upper right corner, and tall pine trees stand behind a tree trunk with shelf mushrooms. The ground is packed with ferns, flowers, spotted toadstools, a pinecone and a few more acorns, so there's lots to color. Reddish-browns work for the squirrel, and red caps with white dots for the toadstools. Big animal shapes suit small hands, and older kids can enjoy the detailed leaves and ferns in this free printable. If you enjoyed this Squirrel page, don't miss our Puppies and Cats coloring pages.
