Three Little Angels Singing, a Christmas for Kids Page

A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.

• sky blue
• pale blue
• light peach
• bright red
• golden yellow
• medium brown
• bright yellow

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.

1. 1Start with the three long robes: fill the dresses and sleeves of all three singing angels with sky blue, leaving the halos and wings white.
2. 2Color the clouds and the sky background with pale blue, keeping the top right cloud and the gaps between the figures white.
3. 3Fill the three open songbooks with bright red, including both pages of each book.
4. 4Use golden yellow for the boy's hair and the blonde girl's hair, and medium brown for the center girl's hair and all the shoes.
5. 5Color the faces, necks and hands with light peach, then add bright yellow to the stars. Keep the eye whites, halos and wing outlines white.
6. 6Optional: add a few light strokes of a darker blue along the folds of the robes to give the dresses some depth.
