Woven Basket of Apples with One Extra Beside It

Woven Basket of Apples with One Extra Beside It coloring page

Coloring guide

A round woven basket sits in the middle of the page, filled with apples that have short curved stems. A few of the apples also have small leaves with a center vein. You can count four large apples in the basket, with a couple more peeking out behind them. One more apple rests outside the basket on the lower left, with its own stem and a pointed leaf. The basket has a twisted rope-style rim and a criss-cross weave on the sides, which gives little ones plenty of small sections to color. Try red, green, and yellow for the apples so kids can talk about different apple types, then count how many apples are in the basket compared with the one sitting outside. This printable page works well for fall units, snack-time themes, or quiet practice with crayons and colored pencils.
