Backpacking Yeti Climbing a Rocky Peak

This cheerful, shaggy yeti is working his way up a steep rocky slope, gripping a rope in one hand and a long wooden walking stick in the other. His big backpack has a rolled-up sleeping mat on top, a water bottle in a side pocket, and chest and waist straps. His furry face shows a wide grin with two little fangs. Layers of jagged peaks, puffy clouds and a forest of pine trees stretch behind him, with a lake down in the valley and a small flag waving on the very top of the mountain. Snowy patches and evergreens fill the foreground. Icy blues and soft purples would suit the mountains and snow, while warm brown or gray fur makes the yeti stand out. With so much fur texture and background detail, this free printable is a good pick for kids who like longer, patient coloring sessions. This fits right in with our Yeti coloring pages — see also Mermaid and Pirate.
