Big Fruit Tree with Apples, Pears and Oranges

One big leafy tree fills the page, with apples, pears and oranges hanging from its branches. Try counting them with your child: four apples, four pears and four oranges, each on its own leafy twig. The thick trunk has bark lines and a knothole for extra texture. Down below, strawberry plants with blossoms grow on the left and raspberry or blackberry bushes on the right. A wooden picket fence stands behind them, along with rolling bushy hills and a few tall trees. A smiling butterfly flutters on the right, a sun with rays shines in the top corner and two puffy clouds float in the upper left. It's a free printable that suits a quiet afternoon. Red and green for the apples, yellow-green for the pears and bright orange for the oranges make each fruit easy to tell apart.
