Ice Cream Cone for a Baby Yeti

Coloring guide
Sitting on a snowy mound, a fluffy baby yeti licks a two-scoop ice cream cone with its tongue out and eyes wide with delight. Both furry hands hold the cone, which has a waffle pattern, and there are sprinkle dots on the scoops. The yeti has a shaggy tuft of fur on top of its head, a round nose, a couple of little teeth and big feet with toe lines. Two snowy mountain peaks rise behind it on the right. Thick outlines and roomy shapes keep this free printable easy for preschoolers and early elementary kids. If you color the fur pale icy blue, pink or chocolate-brown scoops will really pop. Then scatter sprinkles in every color you can find. If you enjoyed this Yeti page, don't miss our Mermaid and Pirate coloring pages.
A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.
- baby blue
- vanilla cream
- coral pink
- sky blue
- caramel brown
A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color both of the yeti's feet, both hands, and the ear with baby blue, leaving small gaps between the toes and fingers for detail.
- 2Fill the two ice cream scoops and the drips at the bottom with vanilla cream, keeping the little chocolate-chip dots white.
- 3Color the waffle cone caramel brown, then add the criss-cross lines so the waffle pattern shows.
- 4Color the nose sky blue, and fill the open mouth and tongue with coral pink.
- 5Keep the yeti's fur, belly, eye whites, mountain snow cap, and background white so the drawing stays bright.
- 6Optional: add a few light strokes of baby blue or sky blue on the shadowed side of the feet and hands for a little depth.
