Penguin and Yeti Sharing Fish on an Ice Floe

Coloring guide
A grinning, shaggy yeti sits on a chunky block of ice holding up a small fish, and a little penguin snuggles up next to him with its own fish. The yeti gazes down at his friend with big round eyes, a wide smile, and a tiny pair of teeth, and his furry round-toed feet face you. The penguin tips its head up with its beak open, like it's chatting away. Wavy lines mark the water behind them, with two tall pointy icebergs far off and a small flat chunk of ice floating close by. Thick outlines and large shapes make this free printable comfortable for preschoolers and early elementary kids. Sky blue and white work well for the ice, orange for the fish, and purple or icy blue for all that fluffy yeti fur. Browse more Yeti coloring pages, or explore Mermaid and Pirate for even more fun.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Fill the yeti's fluffy fur on the arm, chest, body and legs with cream white, leaving the yeti's left and right eye whites and the penguin's front and belly white.
- 2Color the yeti's face, ears and nose light blue, then add a coral red mouth with white teeth.
- 3Paint the yeti's toes and feet and the fish with medium blue, and color the penguin's back and wings charcoal gray.
- 4Color the penguin's beak and feet orange, then fill the icebergs and ice floe blocks with light blue and pale ice blue, leaving the ice floe top and the iceberg faces white.
- 5Optional: Add light pale ice blue strokes to the ice floe and icebergs, and charcoal gray lines on the penguin's back for a shaded, drawn-by-hand look.
