Pilot Fox Flying a Propeller Plane

Coloring guide
A smiling little fox wearing a pilot's cap and goggles sits in the open cockpit of a propeller plane, his long scarf blowing out behind him. His fluffy zigzag-tipped tail curls up next to the tail fin. The round nose of the plane has bolts and circles to fill in, a big three-blade propeller spins up front with little motion lines, and two wheels hang below. Around the plane are a smiling sun with rays, three puffy clouds in the sky and more clouds along the bottom. Large shapes on the wings and body are easy for small hands, and the bolts and scarf stripes keep older kids busy. A bright red scarf on an orange fox, plus a sunny yellow sun, would be fun. Free to print for kids who love planes and animals. Fans of Fox coloring pages often like Wolves and Lion as well.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the clouds, including the top-left, left, right, and bottom clouds, in pale blue, and keep the background white.
- 2Fill the sun face and the round engine cowl at the front of the plane with golden yellow.
- 3Color the fox's fur in fox orange, including the ears, tail, paws, and the sides of the face, and add soft pink inside the ears. Leave the muzzle and the white tail tip white.
- 4Paint the plane's body and main wings in bright blue and sky blue, then add bright red stripes on the wings, tail, and the fox's scarf.
- 5Color the goggles in light blue, the helmet and strap in chocolate brown, and the propeller blades in light gray. Use dark charcoal for the wheels and the propeller hub in bright blue.
- 6Optional: add a little darker shading on the lower parts of the plane and the fox's tail to give the drawing more depth.
